Our job is to read it right.
- We go to the source. The logbook, the work order, the part, the regulation. Not the rumour. Not the sales pitch.
- We say what the evidence shows, even when it’s not what the client hoped to hear. Especially then.
- We stay independent. Nobody pays us for an answer. They pay us for the right one.
- We put our name on our work the way a technician signs a release. If it carries our name, it is accurate, complete and defensible.
- We speak plainly. A finding nobody understands helps nobody.
- We respect the people on the floor. Behind every finding is a technician, a deadline and a family.
- We build for the Caribbean. Our region deserves the same standard as anywhere in the world, and its own people to deliver it.
- We keep learning. Regulations change. Aircraft change. Thirty years in, we’re still students.
